Musicians play pop-up concerts at state park

The haunting, sometimes melancholy sound of Red Wing musician Kestrel Wright’s French horn floated across Frontenac State Park on Sunday as he played near the Pine Loop Trail as part of the Frontenac State Park Association’s (FSPA) Music in the Park pilot project.

Hikers paused to listen as he played Beethovan and Schumann, or heard his music from afar, carried on the wind.
