New scoreboards mean a new class offering at Lincoln High School

A new class was offered at Lincoln High School this past semester that, in tandem with the implementation of two new videoboards in the gymnasium and at the track and football field, has been teaching students the art of digital content creation. The curriculum for Media Makers came along with the purchase of the new boards as a package deal. It’s offered to students in grades nine through 12 and runs for a single semester. There are currently 17 students taking the class with teacher Kalyn Merten, who says it’s mostly made up of juniors and seniors along with two freshmen.
