Otto completes stint as Kiwanis Lt. Governor
Lake City Kiwanis is very proud to congratulate Bill Otto for his year of serving as Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis Division 7, which consists of southeastern Minnesota, of the Minnesota Dakota Division for the past year. Thank you Bill.
He also has been our local club president concurrently. Bill is one of Lake City’s hardest working volunteers.
Kiwanis International has service clubs throughout the world and is growing very quickly overseas, also with their own mission of serving children’s needs.
