Pass It On donates $10,000 for preschool tuition assistance
When I visited Anna Walker’s pre-school class at Bluff View Elementary School recently, it took a little while to set up for the big reveal, but it was worth it.
In my pocket was a check from our Pass It On Thrift Shop payable to the pre-school program at Bluff View. The shop is owned and operated by the First Congregational Church, UCC, in Lake City, where I serve as pastor.
Last year we donated $5,000 to the pre-school program for tuition assistance, but this year we doubled the amount.
