Residents exercised First Amendment rights at protest

In spite of the horrific shooting of Minnesota legislators in the early morning hours and a related safety warning from the state police, hundreds of local residents chose to gather Saturday.
They lined both sides of north Lakeshore Drive to express their deep concern with the policies and actions of the Trump administration.
