Ryan records double-double in victory over Winona
Keegan Ryan recorded his 21st career double-double to power Lake City past Winona 63-39 as the Tigers completed a 2-0 mark in the 2023 Lewiston Auto Holiday Basketball Classic at Winona State University.
Lake City got off to a slow start, thanks in large part to four early turnovers, but a trio of baskets by Ryan and a three-point play by Gavyn Lorenson turned the tide as the Tigers went on a 12-2 run over a 3:16 span to grab a 14-9 lead. Josh Wohlers capped the run by banking in a three-pointer from the top of the key.
