Santa helps 130 children buy 750 gifts

The Lake City VFW and its auxiliary hosted the Shop with Santa event on Dec. 15 at the VFW Clubrooms.
Santa arrived at about 9:15 a.m. to greet children and have his picture taken many times with the children who were not afraid to sit on Santa’s lap.
Children purchased approximately 750 Christmas presents for their parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents and anyone else on their Christmas gift list.
