Santa Paws tags are available at library
The “Santa Paws” Christmas tags are now on display at the Lake City Public Library. This annual event is co-sponsored by the Hiawatha Animal Humane Society (HAHS) and the Lake City Public Library and will continue through Dec. 31.
To participate, people need to select the gift tag ornament for the temporary foster animal it represents. Each tag includes a “note to Santa” wish list. Once the gift is purchased people can return the gift with the tag attached to the library.
