Sticking together on a Labor Day weekend

Lake City’s fair-themed get-together, “Lake City on a Stick” was a success, according to Michelle Larson of the Lake City Chamber of Commerce.
Businesses and restaurants around town offered stick-based specials and held other promotions.
Vendors and a food truck occupied the vacant lot at the intersection of Center Street and Lakeshore Drive.
And the parking lot behind the Lake City VFW became the “LC Lodge,” hosting live music Friday and Saturday evenings.
