Stinson is guest speaker at the library Nov. 14

The Lake City Public Library (LCPL) invites the public to come and learn how being grateful is an important factor in helping achieve overall health. This event, led by Sarah Stinson, MS, LPC, CHTP/I Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing, takes place on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 6:30 p.m. at the library.
In this interactive session, Sarah will discuss what happens in the brain when one practices gratitude. She will also share four gratitude practices and discusss the connection between gratitude and happiness.
This event is free and open to the public. No registration is needed.
