A heatwave and a gathering of jet-ski aficionados at Hok-Si-La Park over the weekend were giving summer vibes, but signs of summer giving way to autumn have already begun to appear.
TC Jet Pilots is a group of personal watercraft riders from Minnesota and surrounding states.
For several years the group has come to Hok-Si-La Park for its annual Sortie. The event creates a spectacle on Lake Pepin with personal watercraft riders riding in large groups and doing cool stunts.
