Teresa Marrone to speak on edibles April 18
Teresa Marrone will present “Spring into Wild Edibles” at the Lake City Public Library Tuesday, April 18, at 6:30 p.m.
Marrone is the author of “Dishing Up Minnesota” and she will be back to speak about her books “Wild Berries and Fruits: A Field Guide” and “Mushrooms of the Upper Midwest.”
Teresa’s presentation will help people identify wild berries, fruits, and mushrooms and learn what is edible and what to avoid. There will be tips for both new and experienced foragers.
