Tiger girls track and field team recognizes seniors at home meet

On Friday, May 3, Lake City High School hosted the Lake City Track and Field Invitational.

At the meet nine senior girls were recognized for their leadership and participation in the sport. The girls team will miss Baily Earnest Miller, Natalie Gates, Natalie Anderson, Emily Gates, Beverly Lopez Gonzalez, Lauren Kennedy, Cadie Wolf, Ashley Emerson, and Annika Glomski next year.

Lake City girls won the meet with 248 points. Kenyon-Wanamingo-Goodhue (78.50) was second followed by Cannon Falls (78), and Wabasha Kellogg (71).
