2001: The year Coach Mark Spence’s coaching career begins. It started with a co-ed club team. In the two years following, Spence would coach two separate club teams, boys and girls. Finally, in 2004, both the boys and girls team were recognized as varsity sports. After 2005, Spence has exclusively coached the girls varsity team for thirteen years.
