Torch: Small and large communities

Most people in surrounding areas are used to living in a small town. Everyone knows each other, everything is within a 10-minute drive, and the entertainment opportunities are at the churches and/or schools. There is also the side of living in a larger community; the culture is diverse, there are multiple schools, and recreational and dining options are greater. Even though these two sizes of communities vary, they each offer education and medical care for their residents.
