Two-woman team prepped 200 tamales for Swap and Supper event

The Common Needs Swap and Supper on Saturday, Aug. 15, located at New Hope Church in Lake City, was well attended by the greater Lake City community.

The swap encouraged attendees to freely “bring what you can and take what you need” while enjoying a free meal which consisted of homemade chicken tamales with a green or red option, corn on the cob, baked beans, and dessert.
