Updated: Hallows week 2019 promises fun times

It’s here again, that time of year of saying “trick or treat” but really just meaning treat and trying to outdo one another for the most inventive or elaborate costume.
Several Halloween events are planned around the area for young and old culminating in the big day itself, Thursday, Oct. 31.
