Updated: Restaurant raises over $4,300 for public safety services

Over 500 people ate at Lake City Family Restaurant Tuesday, March 20, raising over $4,300 for three Lake City public safety services, according to restaurant owner Andy Iseini.

Employees worked for free, and Isieni pledged to donate the proceeds, after taxes, to the City of Lake City with the intention that it be used by the Lake City Fire Department, Ambulance Service, and Police Department.

At lunch time, every table was full.
