Volunteers sought for Flags of Valor
The Lake City American Legion and Auxiliary-sponsored Flags of Valor will be flying along Park Street and Lakeshore Drive (Hwy. 61) from Ohuta Park to Kelly’s Lakehouse Wednesday, June 24 through Sunday, June 28.
Flags will be assembled at the Gold Star Mothers Park, which is at the corner of Park Street and Hwy. 61.
Everyone is welcome to help set up the display on Wednesday, June 24 at 9:30 a.m. Organizers wearing red vests will provide assistance. Youth are welcome but must be at least 15 years old to help.
