Watery but not wet, art quilts go on display in winona

An exhibition of quilts called H2Oh! Art Quilts, featuring unique quilts by artists from around the world, all created around the central theme of water, runs through January 19 at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum in Winona.

Organized by the Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA), and juried by California based artist and activist Linda Glass, H2Oh! Art Quilts highlights the impact of water on humans and the earth.

SAQA received 521 artist entries for this exhibition, from which 34 were ultimately selected.
