Weather helped make Tour de Pepin a success

Early morning fog gave way to pretty nice weather for this year’s Tour de Pepin bike ride around Lake Pepin on June 6.
“Tour de Pepin went really well this past weekend,” Heather Thomas, president/CEO of the Lake City Chamber of Commerce said. “The weather couldn’t have been better, and we all know a successful cycling event depends heavily on that. We had 780 riders this year, which was slightly down from 2025 but still a great turnout.
