Wellness classes to begin Aug. 27
Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City is offering a new round of wellness classes starting Aug. 27.
Kelly Rehder, physical therapist, will hold a Tighten and Tone class on Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The seven-week strength training session will run through Oct. 15, with no class held on Sept. 10. The cost for the class will be $40. Participants are encouraged to bring light to medium hand weights for the class, or if needed, a resistance band will be provided.
