Winter events for young children coming to Frontenac State Park
Families with young children ages 3-6 years old are invited out to Frontenac State Park for two upcoming winter programs.
Project Get Outdoors and the Frontenac State Park Association are teaming up to offer two opportunities for families to get outdoors and enjoy the winter season, according to a news release.
On Saturday, February 22, there will be sledding and snowshoeing from 10 a.m. to noon. Snowshoes will be provided and there will be a fire in the woodstove at the picnic shelter for folks to warm up. Bring your own sled.
