Work-based learning helps students find careers

For many years Lincoln High School has offered OJT (on the job training) as a class for seniors. It was long thought of as a class for students to take and be able to work on the farm, but that is no longer the case. Now called Career Seminar and Work-Based Learning, students are learning much more during their time in the program than just gaining extra hours outside of the building.
