Workshop covers soil building on rented land

Farmers looking to invest in soil building on rented land can participate in an upcoming workshop from Land Stewardship Project (LSP).

It will be held Friday, March 13, at the Bluff Country Co-op, 121 W. 2nd St., in Winona, Minn. v

This workshop is an introduction to soil health and the resources available to landowners and farmers.

“We will discuss how soil building provides benefits for all parties and provide landowners and farmers tools to start down a path of soil-building,” the news release said.
