Workshop on mental health challenges facing farmers is Dec. 5

University of Minnesota Extension - Goodhue County and Goodhue County Make it OK would like to invite anyone interested to attend a workshop on Dec. 5 in Zumbrota called “Farming in Tough Times: A Rural Mental Well-Being Discussion.”
Topics include farm stress, mental well-being, and building resilience.
The workshop will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the VFW, 25 E. 1st St., in Zumbrota. Lunch is provided.
