Y-Knot Tri committee donates to Mississippi Blufflands Trail
On Friday Nov. 4, Chamber of Commerce Board Member and Y-Knot Tri organizer Joe White, joined with Chamber staff to award $1,000 to the Mississippi Blufflands Trail in support of their continuing efforts to develop a proposed multiuse trail between Lake City and Red Wing.
Mary Jane Rasmussen represented Mississippi Blufflands Trail at the Chamber’s office for a check presentation.
The funds for this donation were raised at the first annual Y-Knot-Tri, Lake City’s newest silent sports event, which occurred this past Aug. 13.
