Collaboration gets high marks

Over 100 people rated ideas on a scale of 1 to 7. Two areas of interest that showed up in the ratings were improvement of the city’s waterfront and a recreational trail between Lake City and Red Wing connecting Lake City to a more elaborate trail system.
