17 new homes to up in two years

Site preparation could begin in the next week or two on 14 new town homes to be built along 10th Street.
The homes will be built by Bigelow Homes, LCC, of Rochester and Philip Martin through a novel building incentive program created by the Lake City Economic Development Authority (EDA).
The sale of the lots to Bigelow was approved by the City Council at its Aug. 10 meeting.
Sale of three single family lots were approved in July.
