'Abuse' has Wabasha County board reconsidering recycling program

It has been said – “A picture is worth a thousand words.” This was the general feeling at the Wabasha County Board meeting on July 7 as the commissioners saw pictures of some county recycling sheds. The board has given themselves until the July 28 meeting to do something about the public’s abuse of the sheds.

Donald Springer and County Administrator Michael Plante were absent. County Attorney Karrie Kelly was present.
