Auto assailant sentenced to five years
A Lake City man was sentenced to five years in prison for hitting two people with a car in Zumbro Falls on Dec. 31 and side swiping a car as he fled, injuring the driver, according to Wabasha District Court.
Shane Lester Gullickson was sentenced to 26 months for felony criminal vehicular operation, 57 months for felony second degree assault, and 60 months for another felony count of second degree assault. The sentences run concurrently.
He is required to pay $1,040.86 in restitution.
