Bike tour celebration to pass through Lake City Sept. 1

Minnesota completed the Mississippi River Trail Bikeway (MRT) this summer. The Mississippi River is already a destination for cyclists from across the country and a favorite ride for Minnesotans. To celebrate the completion of the MRT in Minnesota, bicyclists will set out on the inaugural Headwaters to Hills Bicycle Tour on Aug. 26.
