Body identified as missing man

The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the person’s body found in the Mississippi River on Sunday, April 23, 2023, as Isaac Paul Russell-Hart, 42, from Minneapolis. Cause of death is pending final report from Medical Examiner, according to the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office.

Russell-Hart had been reported missing in March, according to the Minneapolis Police Department. The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office is working with the Minneapolis Police Department in the investigation of Russell-Hart’s death.
