City community funding capped, process approved

The Lake City City Council reaffirmed the amount of funding for community organizations and decided on a method for dividing it between the organizations requesting it in a 6-1 vote Monday, July 12.
The issue was back on the July agenda after two motions on the issue resulted in tie votes at the June meeting.
