Construction begins on Underwood Terrace

Work on the 32-unit apartment building known as Underwood Terrace is now underway, according to Leah Hall, a representative of Three Rivers Community Action, the project developer.
The building will be located on North 10th Street between the Lake City Public Safety Building and the community gardens.
Hall said a groundbreaking ceremony is being planned and will be announced soon.
