Council sets housing project approval timeline

The Lake City City Council expects to reach a decision by June 21 on whether to support an application by Three Rivers Community Action for financing to construct a housing development in the city.
In a unanimous vote and with little discussion, the council approved a timeline proposed by City Administrator Rob Keehn to get input from the council, city commissions and boards, and the public before the council makes its decision.
