Council splits over utility director qualifications

The Lake City City Council voted 5-1 to offer the utility director job to Joshua DeFrang at its regular meeting Monday, Aug. 17.

Keehn said DeFrang currently works with the City of Rochester as a project manager on Destination Medical Center (DMC) projects.
