County Board approves CUP for event center, storage facility near Lake City
Wabasha County Commissioners on Dec. 3 approved a Conditional Use Permit for an event center and storage facility with conditions, as recommended by the County Planning Commission.
Cody Stanger and Cassidy Ties submitted an application for a CUP on Oct. 21 to operate the event center and storage facility at 71516 Hwy. 63 in Lake City.
The subject property is located within the Agriculture/ Low Density (A-3) zoning district, shoreland overlay district.
