County board approves CUP for lodging establishment near Wabasha

Wabasha County Commissioners on May 6 approved a Conditional Use Permit from Rick Billings for the operation of a lodging establishment near Wabasha in Greenfield Township.

Billings submitted a complete CUP application on March 20 to use a single family residence as the lodging establishment.

The County Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 28 to hear any testimony related to the, request and voted 4-0 in recommending approval of the proposed CUP with four conditions:
