County highway near Oak Center closes for culvert replacement
Wabasha County Hwy 31 east of Oak Center from approximately 360th Ave. to 355th Ave. was planned to be closed to through traffic for culvert replacements and road work beginning Sept. 8, according to the county highway department.
Road users will need to use alternate routes during this closure.
