County tables preliminary plat for ‘Cornerstone Ridge’

Wabasha County Commissioners on April 1 tabled a preliminary plat request by Brent Beck of Cornerstone Real Estate for “Cornerstone Ridge”’ land parcels totaling about 109 acres in Mazeppa Township, for up to 60 days.
The County Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 24 to hear testimony related to the request, and voted 5-0 in recommending that the proposed preliminary plat be approved.
