Cruise will focus on Sea Wing Disaster
The Goodhue County Historical Society (GCHS) invites the public to take part in a history cruise focusing on the Sea Wing Disaster.
The two-hour cruise will take place aboard the Pearl of the Lake, departing from Lake City on Sunday, Oct. 1, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 each and are available through GCHS. Fred Johnson, author of two histories on the Sea Wing, will be aboard to narrate the events. Copies of his book and a DVD documentary will be available aboard the cruise for purchase.
