Goodhue County Board approves agreement on contaminated Red Wing property

Goodhue County Finance Director Carolyn Holmsten discussed the 3860 Sala Way forfeited property in Red Wing at the Dec. 20 County Board meeting.
She said that at the Dec. 8 Board meeting, she had brought the results of the requests for proposal to the commissioners, to sell the property that had been forfeited last May. The result was that a local company, a subsidiary of 3M, DB Industries, has continued to express interest in the property.
