Ground broken on 32-unit affordable housing development Underwood Terrace

Representatives of the City of Lake City, Three Rivers Community Action, Wabasha County, the Lake City Port Authority, the general contractor, the architect, and other organizations were on hand Wednesday, Oct. 26, at a ceremonial ground-breaking for Underwood Terrace.

The 32-unit apartment complex will stand on North 10th Street in Lake City between the city public safety building and the community garden. Along with the public safety building and community garden, it will be on the so-called Cemstone property owned by the city.
