Hammond bridge work begins April 18
Wabasha County Hwy. 11 at the bridge over the Zumbro River in Hammond is planned to be reduced to one lane of traffic beginning approximately April 18th for bridge painting work, according to the Wabasha County highway department.
Bridge painting work will be performed under the concrete bridge deck on the steel beams and is expected to last two months, depending on weather. Traffic signals will be used to direct motorists through the project in a single lane.
