Hearing planned on draft cannabis ordinance for Goodhue County
The Goodhue County Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 15, to consider the enactment of the Goodhue County Cannabis Ordinance.
The Goodhue County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing the proposed Goodhue County Cannabis Ordinance which will regulate cannabis retail registration procedures, registration enforcement, and use of cannabis products in places of public accommodation. This ordinance will apply to all areas outside of city limits in Goodhue County, according to a news release.
