History break to present “Rationing Fashion”

On Wednesday, Aug. 16 at 1 p.m., the Goodhue County Historical Society will present “Rationing Fashion”. Featuring Ruth Nerhaugen, this program explores the changing fashions of women during World War II. All who attend are encouraged to bring a sample of their Swedish or Norwegian quilts or fancy work. History Break is free and open to the public.
