Kelly runs for Goodhue County Sheriff
Red Wing Police Officer Marty Kelly is running for sheriff in Goodhue County.
He has been a police officer with the Red Wing Police Department for 30 years. In that time, he has been a school resource officer, investigator, field training officer, field training supervisor, bike patrol officer, bike patrol supervisor, member of the Goodhue County SWAT Team, crisis negotiator and a first aid instructor. He is currently in his 10th year as a supervisor with the patrol division.
