Lake City man hit by car, hospitalized

A Lake City man was seriously injured in an accident at mile marker 77 on Highway 61 just north of Lake City on Tuesday, June 9. According to the Minnesota State Patrol accident report, Jack Bremer, 18, was traveling southbound at around 11:15 p.m. when his 2017 Honda Accord left the roadway and came to rest on the southbound shoulder. The airbag in Bremer’s vehicle had deployed.
