Lincoln road closes for construction July 30

Wabasha County Highway 17 (Lincoln Road) from Wabasha County Highway 2 to 355th Avenue will be closed to through traffic beginning approximately July 30 for blacktop pulverizing and resurfacing, according to the Wabasha County Highway Department.

Road users should plan to use alternate routes.  The work is expected to be completed within two weeks.

Construction schedule and progress is greatly affected by weather, the department said in a news release.  Delays in construction should be expected with wet weather.
